Church Meeting

Our fellowship is an informal gathering where we come to celebrate the Lordship of our savior Jesus Christ. We do this through singing, sharing, prayer, communion and the preaching of God’s word. As we worship God we also edify His body in order to prepare us for the work of the ministry to the world. Our motto for worship is: “Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty” (2 Cor. 3:17). And, “God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:24).  Therefore we want the Spirit to have the freedom to lead us in worship of God.

  • Sunday morning at 10:00 am.
  • Junior Church is available for children
  • Nursery is available for infants
  • Everyone is welcome
  • Dress is casual — Since God makes it clear that He looks on the heart. “But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’” (1 Samuel 16:7) We especially emphasize that you come as you are.  James has this to say about dress: “My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don’t show favoritism.  Suppose a man comes into your meeting wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in shabby clothes also comes in. If you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, ‘Here’s a good seat for you,’ but say to the poor man, ‘You stand there’ or ‘Sit on the floor by my feet,’  Have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?” (James 2:1–4)
We come together to please God, not man.
